Job summary

Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center is seeking an RN for a PRN overnight shift at our Seattle residential facility. You will provide coordinated nursing care, support an interdisciplinary team, and maintain a therapeutic milieu for patients.

WA RN license and BLS are required, with on-call flexibility. Join a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions.

Qualifications

• Active WA Registered Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and protect patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive nursing care within the ERC Pathlight plan.
• Performs assessments, care planning, administers medications, and monitors patient responses.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervises and delegates care to LPN/LVNs and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Responds to emergencies and may participate in on-call shifts.
