Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment, and documentation for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Collaborate with team to plan and adjust care across vestibular/post-concussion and sports medicine cases.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining compliant practice and scheduling.
