Mountain Land Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Utah.

You will manage a balanced caseload with one-on-one patient time and work autonomously in collaboration with a supervising physical therapist to apply innovative treatment approaches. Our clinics offer 42 outpatient locations across Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Davis County, with AI-driven documentation support to reduce time spent on paperwork and help

What You'll Do:

• Manage a Balanced Caseload - Top performers treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care.
• Autonomy in Treatment - You've invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. Working in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, you'll have the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply the skills you've gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with a High-Level Team - Work alongside experienced therapists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab.
