Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation seeks a PRN Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho) in Goodlettsville, TN to provide flexible coverage at one location or across nearby clinics. You will develop individualized care plans and deliver outcomes-driven therapy in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Eligible candidates are graduates of an accredited PT program (DPT/MPT or equivalent) and hold or are pursuing Tennessee PT licensure. Opportunities to transition to full-time/part-time exist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN coverage at a single location, or float across multiple locations in the Goodlettsville area.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
