Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support maternity leave coverage at Mt. St. Joseph's in Euclid, OH. You will work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to maintain continuity of care for diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients' ability to perform daily tasks.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
