Job summary

Stern-Therapy-Consultants is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Beloit, Wisconsin for a PRN or Part-Time position. In this role, you will create and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of residents while providing quality clinical care.

Applicants should possess an active OT license and preferably have experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential full-time opportunities at multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

• Restore Independence: Develop and implement treatment goals to improve residents' motor skills and daily living activities.
• Collaborate & Educate: Train patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses and progress.
• Evaluate & Document: Assess patient needs and maintain clear, accurate records of their journey toward recovery.
• Communicate: Act as a bridge between the clinical team and the patient's support system.

What You'll Need:

• License: An active state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Experience: Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively advocate for your patients.
