Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients facing challenges related to mobility and daily living. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will provide individualized care while adhering to AOTA standards.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (state‑specific).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise OTAs and support care delivery.
• Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families.
• Document care, progress, and billing accurately.
• Participate in care planning and discharge processes.
• Provide caregiver and staff training.
• Recommend adaptive equipment to support patient outcomes.
