Job summary

Richwood Nursing & Rehab in Oldham County, Kentucky, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents throughout the facility. You will communicate with families, physicians, and health care teams, maintain documentation, and support the therapy director in delivering high-quality care.

Eligibility includes a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Masters/Doctorate preferred), state OT licensure, and proficiency with Casamba and PointClick Care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records.
• Eligible to treat residents in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents within 24 hours of referral.
• Develop an effective treatment plan and obtain physician approval.
• Treat patients per the physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise COTA and aides in direct patient care.
• Record evaluations and progress notes per state practice act.
