Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized plans and educate on daily activities and adaptive strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Advocacy and Support: Help clients access community resources and accommodations.
