Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Maryland is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary, CARF-accredited outpatient neuro rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional functions.

Experience in outpatient neuro settings is preferred; hand therapy expertise is a plus. Flexible, as-needed hours offer meaningful patient care in a reputable clinic.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Occupational Therapy License is required.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to train with experienced staff.
