Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Montgomery County, MD is seeking an experienced orthopedic physical therapist to join our per diem outpatient team. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule with shifts from 7A–7P Monday through Friday, no weekends, and compensation in the $55–$60 per hour range.

The ideal candidate will have outpatient orthopedic experience, be licensed or eligible in Maryland, CPR certified, and dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or entry-level degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland.
• CPR certification (BLS/CPR) required or eligible for renewal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality rehabilitation to orthopedic patients, including evaluation, treatment, documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Communicate openly with patients, families, and physicians.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate care.
