Job summary

Midwest Specialty Surgery Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (Operating Room) to join our team as a PRN Circulator. The RN will position and prep patients, circulate and scrub cases, and provide nursing care during surgery in a state-of-the-art operating room.

Ideal candidates will have OR experience, an unrestricted RN license, and a focus on infection control and patient safety. The position is weekdays only with competitive wages and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Prior operating room experience preferred.
• Must have a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
• 1+ years of experience working as a Circulator required.
• Current American heart BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient.
• Prepping the patient.
• Circulating and scrubbing the case.
• Care during surgery and patient monitoring.
