Job summary

Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), seeks a Registered Nurse Circulator to support intraoperative care in a single OR environment.

The RN Circulator will position and prep patients, circulate cases, and collaborate with the surgical team. Requirements include RN licensure in Tennessee, BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable, and at least 1 year of circulator experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position and prep the patient prior to surgery.
• Circulate the case and assist the surgical team.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and scrub staff to ensure patient safety.

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
