Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and NATA-BOC certification.
• State license where required.
• Minimum one year experience as an Athletic Trainer.
• CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention services at the assigned location.
• Perform ergonomic risk assessments and implement ergonomic solutions.
• Design and implement functional assessments, preventative exercise, and stretching.
• Offer job coaching and behavior modification in one-on-one and group settings.
• Educate and train on a wide range of injury prevention topics.
• Document and report employee encounters and maintain communication with client and leadership.
