Job summary

Functional Pathways, Grove Manor in Grove City, PA, seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team. The OT will screen, evaluate, and revise plans of care under physician supervision to support residents in achieving independence and improved function.

You will work within a collaborative rehab setting alongside physical and speech therapists, in a resident-centered community. A degree in OT and an active state license are required, with strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
