Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting, evaluating and treating patients per individualized plans of care.

You will collaborate with facility staff, perform evaluations, develop plans, and set functional goals while educating patients and families about progress and outcomes. You will also supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure timely documentation.

• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable goals.
• Treat patients, address concerns, and educate on injuries, progress, and outcomes.
• Re-evaluate progress, revise plans, and reset goals.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily notes.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.

• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
