Job summary

Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to promote independence and improve quality of life for our patients.

You’ll work with a supportive team, access to advanced technologies, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
