Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Waco is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for PRN coverage in our Waco, TX inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will deliver high-quality OT services, guiding patients through assessments, treatment plans, and restorative activities to promote independence and meaningful recovery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to patients needing occupational therapy.
• Supervise care, run treatments and assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
