Community Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led team at Alden Park Strathmoor, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Illinois. The position offers a pay rate of $50 per hour with flexible weekday and weekend opportunities.

Current Illinois OT license required; SNF experience preferred and new grads welcome. You will provide comprehensive therapy including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning within CPT policies.
