Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for PRN coverage of 3 to 10 hours per week. The role is conducted in-facility with flexible windows (8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 1:00-4:00 PM, Monday–Friday).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy services.
• Provide OT care in facility settings and collaborate with care teams.
• Report to Director of Rehab and support patient independence.
