Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ abilities to perform daily activities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions addressing functional limitations, including adaptive techniques, strengthening, and cognitive strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.
