Qualifications

• OT must be licensed to practice in the state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides therapy aligned with discharge needs.
• Educates patients and families; collaborates with healthcare providers.
• Delegates to assistants and students with appropriate supervision.
• Completes documentation per departmental policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultations for OT services.
