Synergy Care, Inc is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN (as needed) basis at Oklahoma Heart Hospital South in Oklahoma City. Qualified candidates must be graduates of accredited Occupational Therapy programs and hold valid NBCOT certification and a state license. Join us in making a difference in patient lives.
