Job summary

Celina Health & Rehab in Celina, TN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a compassionate therapy team. The OT will screen and evaluate patients, develop and revise discharge plans, and work under physician supervision to ensure high-quality care.

Qualified candidates hold a state license in occupational therapy and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role may require completion of location-specific screenings and licensure processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice occupational therapy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan as part of the established plan of care.
• Make revisions to the plan of care under physician supervision.
• Support therapy goals and documentation for patient progress.
• Adhere to location-specific screening and licensure requirements.
