Job summary

Heritage Park Health Center by Harborview is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our faith-based organization focused on caring for the caregiver who cares for residents.

The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ADL and therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance. Responsibilities include monitoring progress and updating care plans as needed in a collaborative team environment.
