Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking dependable, compassionate PRN nurses (RN or LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Missouri. PRN status offers flexibility while applying your nursing skills in a resident-centered environment.
Responsibilities include safe nursing care, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Licensing, CPR/BLS, and availability are required for PRN shifts.

As a PRN Nurse, you will:
Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
Monitor residents and recognize and report changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Respond to resident needs and emergencies
Communicate effectively with residents, families, CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and appropriately delegate tasks to CNAs
Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing responsibilities as needed
PRN employees are expected to maintain the availability and work commitment required to remain in PRN status.
To maintain PRN employment status, nurses must:
Maintain an active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing
Maintain required certifications, including CPR/BLS
Meet the facility's established minimum PRN scheduling requirements
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
Remain available to work PRN shifts based on facility needs
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and employment requirements
Maintain required competencies and complete assigned training and education
Please note: PRN status is dependent upon meeting the facility's minimum scheduling and employment requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a change in employment status or separation from employment.
Current, active Missouri RN or LPN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Dependable and accountable
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
Passion for providing excellent resident care
