Qualifikationen

• Certification in nuclear medicine is required or eligible by NMTCB/ARRT.
• Structured clinical training in radiation safety and radiopharmacy is expected.
• Multimodal technologist credentials may be required for certain assignments.

Aufgaben

• Perform a full range of radionuclide studies to aid in diagnosis.
• Prepare instrumentation and acquire imaging procedures per protocol.
• Evaluate image appearance and perform additional views as needed.
• Prepare and dispense radiopharmaceutical dosages and perform QC.
• Schedule patient studies and coordinate with staff for prep.
• Provide patient care and respond to emergency conditions.
