107 The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority seeks a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Charlotte, NC. You will operate radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment under Radiologist direction, and perform diagnostic studies with emphasis on safety and quality.

Requires ARRT(N) or NMTCB registration, BLS certification, and graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program. Prior patient care preferred; strong teamwork and ability to handle physical demands is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered by ARRT (N) or NMTCB is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• BLS certification is required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, administers and documents diagnostic doses of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Explains procedures to patients and prepares them for imaging.
• Operates radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment under supervision.
