Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 12‑week assignment in Lewiston, ME. You will work days in Nuclear Medicine, performing imaging procedures and supporting radiologists while ensuring high-quality imaging and efficient PACS transmission.

Ideal candidates hold a state nuclear medicine license or ARRT/N.M.T.C.B certification, with 6–12 months of experience and ARRT‑accredited education. BCLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
• Minimum six months to one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
• Current BCLS (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality imaging.
• Supports the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Performs and assists with nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.
