Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for night PRN shifts. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include RN license in Florida and BLS certification. An Associate's degree in Nursing is required, with BSN preferred, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care within a faith-based system.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Florida.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments and self-care.
