Job summary

Requires ADN, RN license, and BLS; 2 years of acute hospital experience; BSN preferred. English fluency and basic Windows skills are required; ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be preferred depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Nurses must hold an active RN license and have nursing education.
• 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement interventions from the plan of care and document actions.
• Collaborate on patient admission, discharge and transfer to ensure timely placement.
