Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a 294-bed acute-care hospital in North Texas, seeks a Respiratory Therapist PRN to support high-tech pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and evidence-based protocols.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, Texas licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, NBRC registration, and current BLS/ACLS. NRP/PALS must be obtained within 1 year of hire. At least 6 months of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NRP and Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• At least 6 months of respiratory care experience.
