Job summary

American Health Imaging in Decatur, GA is seeking a registered MRI Technologist for a PRN role. Coverage includes Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, and Sunday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.

You will perform high quality MRI studies while delivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, advanced MRI registry, CPR certification, IV skills, and prior MRI technologist experience.

Job description

American Health Imaging is looking for a registered PRN MRI Technologist for Decatur, GA location. This is a PRN role, with the following hours needing coverage: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM; and Sunday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.

SUMMARY –The purpose of this position is to perform high quality MRI studies while providing excellent customer service and customer care to patients in a fast paced, friendly environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Advanced registry in MRI
• Experience working in a MRI Technologist position
• Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of anatomy
• CPR Certification is required
• IV Skills required

Physical Demands of the Position

• Lifting/moving patients, positioning the patients
