Job summary

Health Images is seeking a PRN MRI/CT/XR Technologist for our Fort Collins and Greeley teams. The role covers MRI, CT and X-ray procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring high-quality scans for radiologist interpretation.

The technologist must maintain safety standards and coordinate with radiologists and leadership. Two plus years’ experience in MRI/CT/XR is preferred, with ARRT MR or ARMRIT CT certification, CPR, and a current state license favored.

Qualifications

• MRI prerequisites: 2+ years experience preferred.
• CT prerequisites: 2+ years experience preferred.
• X-Ray prerequisites: 2+ years experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on procedures.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
• Navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly.
• Excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Interface with patients to obtain medical history and explain procedures.
• Review charts for missed information and consent.
• Screen patients for implants and allergies.
• Obtain prior films and perform high quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
• Ensure patient care before, during, and after exams, and report changes.
• Transfer images to other locations as needed.
• Coordinate scan protocols with Radiologist.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and report issues.
• Liaise with Lead Technologist and Center/Area Manager on concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
