Medical City Arlington, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks an experienced RN MICU for PRN shifts. You will coordinate high-acuity care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families through complex ICU journeys.

Competenze

ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
RN License is required
ICU experience of 1+ year required
2+ years ICU preferred

Mansioni

Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in MICU.
Documents administration of care in patient medical record.
Teaches patients/families about condition, plan, medications and follow-up.
Translates medical information to ensure understanding for patients and families.
Manages evidence-based practices to meet quality measures and outcomes.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate a holistic treatment plan.
