Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a PRN Mental Health Technician to support nursing staff in providing safe, compassionate patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Mental Health Technician assist professional nursing personnel in the care of the patient in a manner that considers the safety, comfort, and therapeutic environment, assisting with the activities of daily living, taking vital signs and other indicated specimens or measures, documenting observations, assisting with groups, calls, and treatment planning as needed to contribute to the smooth running of the unit.
