Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed Social Worker in the state of residence.
• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• 1+ years of social work experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical social services under the direction of a physician and Interdisciplinary Group to assist in understanding social and emotional factors related to health.
• Develop coping strategies to support patient health and well-being.
