Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Medical Assistants to support our military service members through fixed-clinic and mobile treatment models. The role focuses on weekend work with occasional weekdays in Kentucky as needed, contributing to rapid, responsive health services.

Responsibilities include blood draws, immunizations, EKGs, and taking manual vitals. Qualified candidates hold CMA/MA credentials and CPR/BLS; experience with military or mobile medical services is a plus.

Qualifications

Attention all Medical Assistants we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Kentucky on an “as needed basis”.

Requirements

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

• Phlebotomy / Blood draw.

• Manual vitals and vision.

Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
• Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
