Qualificações

• RN license in the applicable state (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• ASN and/or BSN in nursing as stated in education section.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting (required).
• English fluency in reading, speaking and writing (required).

Responsabilidades

• Collects and documents patient health data systematically.
• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and updates plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educates patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to policies throughout admission, transfer and discharge.
