• Maintains a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment through ensuring patient privacy and respectful behavior.
• Demonstrates professional practice and accountability within a governance and peer-review framework.
• Coordinates care delivery applying care management principles to improve outcomes.
• Participates in shared governance and promotes a healthy work environment.
