Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for MedSurg patients

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with providers and team members
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and safe care
• Practice safely and follow unit protocols and quality standards
