AdventHealth in Winter Garden, Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic clinical team. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, medication administration and patient education in a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with BLS, have strong nursing skills and communicate effectively in English. This on-site position offers day shift opportunities and PRN per diem scheduling, with emphasis on teamwork and quality patient

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of acute care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions and outcomes.
