Job summary

Baptist is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in the assigned care setting. You will collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while upholding patient autonomy and dignity.

The role requires one year of nursing experience, graduation from an accredited program, RN licensure with BLS within 14 days of hire, and computer literacy; ACLS/PALS is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses and treats patients based on condition and age using nursing processes
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors patient responses
• Provides patient education and coordinates with family for learning needs

• Assists physicians with procedures and supports technical tasks
• Ensures patient safety and manages resources efficiently
