Qualifications

• Experience in materials management processes preferred.
• Knowledge of computer and computer related equipment preferred.
• Provide coverage support for Materials Management operations during absences and staffing needs.
• Maintain flexibility to work a varied schedule, including occasional weekends and one holiday per year.
• Support daily Materials operations by ensuring supplies are picked, delivered, and stocked in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory assessments to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment.
• Assist Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Able to follow directions and assist Material Management leadership with duties as assigned.
• Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
