Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN or RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with regulations and facility policies.
• Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
