The James L. West Center for Dementia Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking dedicated nursing professionals for full-time day or night shifts on a 12-hour schedule. The James L. West Center for Dementia Care is the preeminent provider of dementia care services in North Texas. We are a single site facility, specializing in dementia care. This is a 2-week rotating schedule allowing for every-other weekend off work.
