Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an LPN PRN to monitor the health and wellness of residents at our Naples, FL community. The role involves supporting care teams, overseeing medication administration, and communicating with resident families and support services.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and wellness and respond to changes in clinical condition.
• Assist in training and monitoring medication care managers/care associates.
• Maintain timely communication with resident support services and families.
