Qualifications

• Graduation from a formal LPN training program and 2+ years of experience preferred in primary care.

• Must be able to give injections, complete EKGs, and perform other office-based procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions to ensure excellent patient care.
• Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to the physician.
• Record patient assessments in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Perform venipuncture, basic lab tests, and coordinate with labs for additional testing.
