AllianceHealth Madill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a PRN basis for our Med Surg Department in Madill, Oklahoma. The role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with RNs and the healthcare team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

Qualifications include 0-1 years of LPN experience and active state licensure (LPN or LVN). BCLS is required; ACLS is preferred. Benefits include a flexible schedule and 401K with free parking.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting required.
• LPN/LVN state licensure required or
• BCLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Monitors vital signs and responds to patient needs.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assists in developing and evaluating care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Educates patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Ensures infection control and safety protocols.
• Assists with basic procedures and specimen collection.
• Participates in orientation and training of new staff.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Responds to medical emergencies and supports code team interventions.
