As an LPN, you’ll deliver high‑quality care per care plans, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, monitor health, administer medications, and document care accurately, while providing emotional support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Jersey.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor residents’ health and document care accurately.
• Administer medications and ensure safe, timely administration.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
